Father's Day!



For Father's Day, Henry and I got Adam a tow-along baby bike trailer! It should be a lot of fun. With a bike trailer comes a bike helmet for the HEN! It's blue and has lots of fish on it. And yes, it fits.

On Sunday, we went up to Katie and Josh's in Clifton to celebrate Father's Day. It was a beautiful day and a great time was had by all!

This is their backyard . . .
On our ride come, about 1/2 hour away from Augusta, our car began to stink -- and Henry was looking very proud of himself! We knew he had a stinky diaper. We need to go grocery shopping, so we planned on just changing in the back of the wagon and going on into the store once we got into town.

Well . . .

As I went into the backseat to get him out, the smell became much worse. He was wearing jean shorts, and there was poop all bunched up in his thighs, on his hands, under his chin. It was awful! I got right back in the car and we went right home! Here's a quick picture before we stripped him down and plunked him in the tub!

Finally! After teething for SEVERAL months -- Henry has cut his first tooth! It wasn't there at lunch yesterday (Sunday), but was there by supper time! Just a week shy of his 9-month birthday.
